The top five metaverse coins by market capitalization have seen double-digit weekly growth

Following a rough period, most crypto assets are on the mend, including numerous metaverse tokens that are seeing significant improvements.

According to CoinMarketCap data retrieved on July 7, the top five metaverse-related tokens by market capitalization – Decentraland (MANA), The Sandbox (SAND), ApeCoin (APE), Theta Network (THETA), and Axie Infinity (AXS) – are all on a roll, with double-digit gains over the previous week.

Among these, The Sandbox is the clear winner in weekly gains, having risen its value by 31.86 percent and trading at $1.28 at press time. This currency is followed by ApeCoin, the native token of the Bored Ape Yacht Club (BAYC) ecosystem, whose price is currently $5.03, representing a 17.44 percent growth over the last week.

Axie Infinity token is close following, increasing 12.74 percent in a week to reach $15.02. MANA, a cryptocurrency and platform that allows users to acquire land in the metaverse, is in fourth position in terms of weekly gains, rising 12.10 percent to $0.9166. Theta, a decentralized video delivery network, is fifth, up 10.20 percent and presently trading at $1.25.
